While having both may seem redundant, an on-site coordinator’s primary role is to service the venue – our primary role is to service you. We will work with your on-site coordinator to ensure that your needs are met and in line with your vision.

Yes! While we are based out of Indianapolis, we love to travel and would thoroughly enjoy coming to you to bring your event to life! Head to our Service Area page for details on area packages and if there will be an additional travel or lodging fee.
