Service Area
The Midwest and beyond.
Executive Eye predominately serves the Midwest region; however, our service area is robust.
We have 4 tiers of travel allotment.
Tier 1: Base Area (Purple)
While we are based out of Indianapolis, we have strong ties to the St. Louis and Terre Haute communities. If your event is within 70 miles of Indianapolis or 30 miles within St. Louis or Terre Haute there are no additional fees for Executive Eye to travel to your event.
Tier 2: Extended Area (Gold)
Our extended reach offering follows along I-70 between St. Louis and Terre Haute in addition to stretching East towards Louisville, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Fort Wayne. There is an additional mileage fee for Executive Eye to travel to these locations for your event.
Tier 3: Extended+ Area (Cream)
Our secondary extended territory reaches North towards the Chicagoland area and further South in Indiana. In addition to the mileage fee, special accommodations will need to be discussed and arranged for Executive Eye to travel to these locations for your event.
Tier 4: Destination
Any area outside of the above territories is considered a destination event. Further discussion is needed to review lodging and travel requirements.
