For the couple that’s done all the heavy lifting and planning for their wedding day, we’re happy to offer our Wedding Coordination services (typically called “Day-Of-Coordination”). You’ve done all the work, and now you should be able to relax, enjoy, and participate in your own wedding: that’s where we’ll step in about 2 months before your big day. In the meetings leading up to your date we will make certain we understand your vision so we can ensure your wedding days goes exactly as planned. Even if things go awry – you will be none the wiser as we will handle any situations with expert ease.

While you enjoy your time as an engaged couple, Executive Eye is happy to go the distance to ensure the planning portion of your wedding is under control. We know that the devil is in the details, and those details are our area of expertise! Flowers, favors, music, guest lists, invites, in-laws, etiquette… you name it, we’ve got it covered. We happily provide custom wedding outlines catering to each unique wedding couple with detailed outlines of your budget, important planning milestones, wedding design mock-ups, to-do lists for you and your wedding party, and a perfectly choreographed timeline of the big day! We can add a few helping hands here and there in the areas we know best, or take the stress of planning off your shoulders so that all you have to do is show up and get hitched.

Let’s be honest…planning a wedding can be as demanding on a couple’s free time as it can be on their bank account. At Executive Eye, we understand that every couple’s budget has room for some things and not others. That’s why we’re happy to offer professional consultations, a la carte, in addition to our other services. Sometimes it can make a huge difference to talk to a wedding professional, ask questions, and get answers (and maybe a few handy money-saving tips and tricks that the pros use). Don’t know if you should tip the church? Wondering how to word your invites in the case of step-families? Do you have to split your guest list exactly 50/50 between the two of you? How DO you plan a wedding anyway? We’d be happy to meet with you once, twice, or as many times as you need to feel comfortable about planning your own perfect wedding. You can think of it as your own professional wedding sounding board.
